Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send the purchased injectors back for a refund.  If the fuel injectors are used, please return with all parts on the fuel injectors that they were received with. 

To return, send the purchased fuel injectors back to us within 30 days of receiving them.  No RMA is required.  Please note that returns will need to be sent to the return address on the package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help with any issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once received to the return address, returns will be processed, and the refund will be processed. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing.  Your payment will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on financial institution.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
